Are there any type of goverment funded trade schools?

Question by Jennifer B: Are there any type of goverment funded trade schools?
My younger brother ( 17) years old wants to move from San Antonio to live with me in Louisville Ky. He has grown up in a very abusive home and I would like to help him think about , and make goals for his future. He is not very good in school due to a learning disability. I think traditional college would not work for him but some type of trade school might be a better option so he can learn a trade. I dont have much money so I am trying to find out if there is any goverment funded trade shools out there. Any tips are appreciated. Thanks

By gold, silver, platinum, copper because as the market continues to drop people will be looking for a place to put their money. That is why gold prices have soared to record highs over the past 5 years in a row.

If you’re just playing a game, you don’t need our advice. With a game, you buy (or sell short) the most speculative stock or ETF you can find in order to bank huge returns with complete disregard for risk or preservation of capital. If you lose it, it was nothing anyway and all for fun.

If you want to zoom your account through boom and bust, you want stocks with a high beta. Also, you can find 3X ETFs here. I suggest UPRO if you think the market will be gaining, or SPXU if you think the market is going down.

If you want to learn something useful and apply it for the rest of your future, read a book or ten, develop a trade plan, then trade the plan exactly as it is written. Make adjustments as needed.

Most beginners overlook the best help available to them, because this question is one of the most-oft asked questions in this section.

Just type “how to invest in stock market” in the Search Y! Answers box at the top of your screen and you’ll get lots of Answers, or type “how does stock market work.”

Or just type “stock market game” in the Search Y! Answers bar above and you’ll get several answers. Or type in “best stocks to buy” or “how to invest” or something like that.

Treasuries have recently run higher than ever before, with an astounding 27% increase in one month.
Short the bond market by either shorting TBT or buying TLT. TBT is twice as volatile as TLT. This should be no surprise since it is a double-short ETF.

But I wanted to be traded, I heard in past games you go to your agent and demand a trade right? Well I went to my agent and there is no “demand a trade” option. So i have no idea what to do!!!

also, any tips or suggetions on how to become good at this mode? my overall is real low and i dont know how to raise it up.. im also egotistical? lol. woops.

Best answer:

Answer by Madden Expert
There should be a Demand A Trade option under My Agent, but if not, then you might have to simulate Pre-Season. As for your overall, if you want to do the normal way then you would wait until the off-season and then your ratings will change.

or

1. Create a PLAYER(as many skill points as you want)
2. Put him on whatever team you want
3. Start a new Superstar Mode
4. Play as NFL Rookie
5. Your player will be on that list

Stock and option market video HUM and V

www.OptionSIZZLE.com Humana Inc. (HUM) was a name that was seeing strong call activity all last week with large action Friday in the February 50 call strike, where more than 10k calls traded. Today, we saw price exploded higher after breaking out of a ascending triangle. Before the bell in our Elite chart room, I highlighted the set up for Visa, Inc. (V) and how prices were coiling into a symmetrical triangle. Just 10 minutes after the open I jumped into the February 90 calls. I locked int a nice 50%+ intra day trade, but the I will look for another trade in this name. One trade! Less than a a day, you can get alerts just like this.

Top Gun Fighter Pilots Now Teaching How They Learned to Stay Alive in Iraq and Afghanistan to Wall Street Investors

Top Gun Fighter Pilots Now Teaching How They Learned to Stay Alive in Iraq and Afghanistan to Wall Street Investors

Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) July 11, 2010

Top Gun Options launched only four days ago and already has over 5,000 subscribers. Free course being offered- ONE DAY ONLY.

As you will read below, Top Gun Options has created an incredible course that shows you the basis of how these fighter pilots potentially make huge returns on options trading. The course is called Options Indoc training, and you can get it for free by visiting http://fox3options.com/iscript.php?10908_u2. By the time you’ve finished The Option Indoc Training, you’ll understand the basis of how this team of ex-Navy pilots have used their combat-tested methods to make huge financial returns on Wall Street while continuously minimizing risk. Again, visit http://fox3options.com/iscript.php?10908_u2 to take advantage of this unparalleled training system.

E. Matthew “Whiz” Buckley is a former navy fighter pilot and graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School, better known as TOP GUN. He flew 44 combat sorties over Iraq. Lieutenant Buckley was a successful fighter pilot in one of the most hostile environments imaginable- air to air combat in Iraq. In a recent interview, Buckley stated the unthinkable- “Wall Street is just as risky as being a fighter pilot over hostile territory.” Buckley continues, “Trading is combat. It’s not a game, it’s not gambling, and it’s certainly not friendly. In combat, as in trading, there’s a winner, there’s a loser, and you know what side we’re gonna be on. In these incredibly volatile markets, one mistake, one wrong squeeze of the trigger, you can get wiped out.”

So what brought Buckley, a decorated fighter pilot who risked his life for his country to this conclusion? While on active duty early on in his fighter pilot career, Buckley taught himself how to trade options. Due to a lack of financial education at the time, he had to teach himself. By applying what he was learning in combat situations over the years to his financial training, he was able to knock down oversized gains in the markets, no matter how volatile the market was.

Seeing the parallel between being a fighter pilot and trading on Wall Street, Buckley was intrigued. He left active duty and continued to fly Hornets in the reserves, which afforded him the opportunity to head to Wall Street, where he was a Managing Director at one of the largest volatility arbitrage options trading firms in the country. After that, he was a founder and CEO of an options and futures media company based in the Chicago Board of Trade. Buckley’s financial media company experienced explosive growth in its first year by providing first-rate options and futures content to all levels of traders. According to Buckley, “By employing the discipline, risk management, and superior execution methodologies we learned flying fighters, we’ve been able to crush it on Wall Street.”

In 2009, Buckley joined the Options University as their Chief Strategy Officer. The Options University is a leading global resource for options trading and education, teaching investors option strategies for safer investing and bigger profits. Founded in 2004, the educational company teaches investors how to enhance portfolio profits and limit risk in today’s markets using options. Buckley has a great passion for teaching others about the benefits of options. When asked why he decided to join the Options University, Buckley stated, “Fifteen years ago, I had to look hard to find any kind of options education. As a young pilot, I had to teach myself with boring, confusing books. Today, the Options University serves as the flagship for options education of all levels. Whether you don’t know what an option is, or you’re an advanced options trader, the Options University has world-class content and practical applications to take your trading to the next level.”

TOP GUN OPTIONS is a joint venture between Options University and Fox3 Options LLC, a financial firm built by TOP GUN trained naval aviators turned Wall Street options traders. They have taken the skills that allowed them to operate effectively in combat and applied the discipline and risk management methodologies to become highly successful traders. This aggressive, no holds barred atmosphere is why the TOP GUN OPTIONS program will be one of the most exclusive and successful financial training programs in the market today.

According to Buckley, “In these incredibly volatile markets, one mistake, one wrong squeeze of the trigger, can get you wiped out…At TOP GUN OPTIONS, we know combat. We know what it takes to plan and execute complex tactics and manage risk in the most hostile environments. These same traits also put us at the tip of the spear on Wall Street trading in the markets.”

So how is being a trader equally as risky as being a fighter pilot in combat? According to Buckley, “Believe it or not, fighter pilots are not risk takers- we look to minimize all risks. And this is exactly what options do- they allow you to minimize risk.” When asked why he is so passionate about teaching others how to trade options, Buckley responded, “It breaks my heart when the market takes a huge downturn and you see the average investor who lost everything and got hammered by the market. People need to learn to manage risk. You can’t win if you’re losing. You need to focus on winning but also living to fight another day. This is what I learned as a fighter pilot. Fighter pilots are Type A like traders- if we’re going to get killed on a mission, it’s going to be that one in a million shot, that unforeseen event we simply could not have planned for. We plan for worst case scenarios, just as we do as fighter pilots. Most traders don’t have contingency plans for a worst case scenario, or even a basic trading plan to begin with- and this is the equivalent of me getting in my jet and flying over Iraq without a plan- it’s a suicide mission.”

Buckley and TOP GUN OPTIONS takes combat tested training systems and applies them to learning options. This is the same system that can take someone who has never seen an aircraft before and turn them into a steely eyed fighter pilot in the shortest time possible.

I don’t know about the trade part, but your guy should get better over time and if you just play for awhile without showing off in the end-zone his ego should go down.

Trade Stocks: Intraday Trading Tips

Intraday trading is considered one of the best way in which to trade stocks an make profits. While this is the case, for most beginners, learning the most basic Intraday tips might seem to be a real hustle. This however should not be the case. There are some basic things and guidelines which if followed, within a short time span, it becomes easier to understand how the industry operates. For starters, it is important to learn some of the major buzz words in order to understand how the stock market operates. The purpose and aim of trading the forex market is to make lump sums of profits in a short time span. It is pretty easy to achieve this end since the market tends to rise and fall at a rapid pace. As such, this means that it is also easy to record some loses. For this reason, it is advisable to learn some essential stock tips.

One of the major things to note is the rate with which the exchange rate for currencies changes. For instance, people who are taking a vacation might be inclined to change 0 into a different currency before traveling. Later on, they might discover that they don’t have to use this currency and the need to carry out another exchange might arise. During this time, they will note that the rate will either have moved up or down. At this point, most people make a profit without even noting it. These intraday tips therefore focus on exchange of currencies to make profits. Though this is the case, it is advisable as a trader to use a stock broker instead of using the bank.

Considering the age we are living in, trading via the internet is considered among the most important trading tips. Due to the manner in which these transactions are carried out, it is important to note that there is no major difference between this not different from company and stock trading. This will give you the same margin of making money. What is more, it also avails the opportunity for the broker chosen to control the small amount you have invested to make even larger sums consequently, delivering high profits.

When considering stock tips, it is ideal to state that trading can be carried out from anywhere. This therefore means that you are not restricted by where you live nor are you restricted by the form of currency used. To cap it all, it is open on a 24 hour basis making it easy for you to trade at you own convenience.

As you explore more Intraday tips, it becomes easier for you to determine which stock tips work best for you. At the same time this will go a long way to ensure that you learn the best times to trade and as such, avoid falling into some of the common trading traps. Note that though the returns in Intraday trading are great, loses can also be experienced by people who make misguided decisions. To cap it all, remember that one of the most important stock tips is finding a broker who will guide you through the trading process.
